By looking at the economic productivity and standard of living of a particular country, experts try to determine which nations are most likely to become the world’s most powerful economies in the next few decades.
PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), one of the largest professional service institutions in the world, recently released a report entitled “The long view: how will the global economic order change by 2050?” The report lists 32 countries that are expected to become the most powerful economies by 2050. These countries were ranked according to their expected GDP (Gross Domestic Product) by PPP (Purchasing Power Parity). Let us check which countries made the list.
